To apply for the reduced Student fee, please send a copy of your student ID or an equivalent document signed by your official supervisor to the organizing secretariat:

**Accompanying person fee does not include access to Scientific Session nor Conference Material

Cancellation Policy

In case you need to cancel your Registration you can send an email to the Organizing Secretariat YES Meet (secretariat@thermophiles2027.org)
– Until 60 days before the Conference no penalty due
– Until 30 days before the Conference you will be refunded of 50%
– From 29 days before the Conference no refund will be possible

Please note that any refund will be done after the Conference, net of bank charges.
